Moodle is lms which means "learning management system that tender you free online learning system.According to sources moodle was released on 20 Agust 2002 and Moodle is continues to evolve since that day.It has been used over 200 countries assert that it contains more than 100 variety languages.Users can download and install Moodle on a Web Server,such as Apache HTTP Server,and a number of database management system,such as PostgreSQL,are supported.Moodle also has import features for use with other specific systems,such as importing quizzes or entire courses from Blackboard and WebCT.

The Moodle platform is open source and is built using a modular design, so advanced users can modify the platform as needed. Individual users, such as teachers and students, can sign up for an account on the Moodle server and access content through either the web interface or the "Moodle Desktop" application.
